Vision Boards Vision Boards are very powerful tools. You can call them goal maps, dream boards, or treasure map. It is an effective way for you to keep your eye on the ball so to speak. Simply cut out pictures of your goals, dreams, and desires and place them on a board. Make a powerful collage and keep it in a place where you will see it often to remind yourself daily of the goals and dreams that you are striving to achieve. It is more powerful if you draw it yourself or take a picture of what you want yourself. Another powerful technique is to create a vision board/collage around a mirror, so when you look at yourself in the mirror, you see your goals all around you. When you are reminded of your goals and dreams daily then you will choose to do activities daily that will ensure your success.
Mind Movies - Mind movies is a very effective tool to use to mastering your mind. The visual and audio aspect of this tool brings a whole new approach to to bringing focus and attention to your ultimate goals and desires.
Visualization is the exercise where you use your mind to achieve results. Everyone does use their mind to achieve results whether we are aware of it or not, but if you are fully aware of the power the mind has and you use it productively, the outcome will be astonishing. When visualizing it is best to do it at the same time every day and to incorporate it into your daily routine. The best times of the day would be when you first wake up and you are still in bed. Lay there quietly and begin your day with being in a state of relaxation. Another good suggestion is to begin with an attitude of gratitude first. Go through the list of things to be grateful for which will put you in a high and positive vibration which will allow for visualization to be highly effective. Another effective technique for visualization is to use all your senses. You need to close your eyes and "pretend" that you are truly experiencing your desires. Be in the moment....what is happening? What do you hear? What is the background noises? What are you smelling right now? Go as far as you can go. Allow your imagination to run wild. There is absolutely no rules and no "realism" involved. You can have and experience whatever your heart desires. Our best visualization teachers are children because they do not put limitations on their dreams....adults do. Do these visualization techniques daily and it is always a great idea to continue this ritual before bedtime because our mind actually works off of our last thoughts for the rest of the night whether we are aware of it or not. I promise you that if you continue to visualize without limitations on a daily basis, something will eventually manifest out of this. Try it and be amazed.
What is the Law of Attraction?
The Law of Attraction is not a new concept, although many think it is. With the release of the movie, "The Secret" created by Rhonda Byrne was merely just introducing a universal law that has been in existance since the beginning of time, just like gravity and polarity.
The Law of Attraction has received criticism from the scientific community, but their arguments are not strong enough to prove otherwise. There would not be such a strong growing interest among humanity if there validity to this at all. There is the argument that you cannot sit there and think something so much and all of a sudden it is there before you. That is true. You cannot sit there and believe something is just going to magically appear. That is just ridiculous.
How does the Law of Attraction work? Well, it is a frame of mind and the vibration that is associated with it. When it is said that "Thoughts become things", what is being said is that the thoughts we hold in our mind will contribute to the feelings we have. The feelings that we have creates a vibration and an energy that we emit out into the universe. We are essentially magnets.
What does this mean exactly? Well, everything in this world is Energy. If you look at anything under a high powered microscope, including people, are just particles of energy. Like attracts like. How this does not register with the scientific community is confusing. So essentially, when we emit a vibration, whether it be positive or negative, we will attract the feeling we are sending out. So, if we are feeling positive, we will attract more postive results that match our vibrational frequency.
